I like the puffy bed and nice lighting for the room also swimming pool is a small one yet very comfy due to only me and my husband owning the pool at the time. I wonder if it was so many people on the pool might be very compact for swimming.

The hotel only provide buffet breakfast if the amount of guest are 30 pax. Unfortunately, I would like to spend my Ied holiday at this hotel and enjoy the buffet breakfast but the guest were only 6 people on that night. So, No buffet breakfast without early announcement. So, I asked to be able to late check out on 3 pm. At first, the staff was not easily agree due to late check out only until 1.30 pm but then she asked the management and allow us to have late check out on 3 pm.

Good

I would say this is a ok 3* Star standard hotel in the UK more like a travel lodge level, nothing to right home about but nothing to complain about either. Amenities were quite good though.

No iron, however a laundry service was offered. Massage was carried out in room, was lovely but expensive and did not seem professional with her clambering on the bed. A dedicated room where the client went would be better.

nice and friendly staffs.

Nice breakfast, very friendly and helpful staffs. Since the very beginning, they are ready to give help, for me, they deserve A. In particular, it was quite heavy rain when check out, the bellboy (if I remember his name correctly; Roni) helped a lot till the online transport picked me up.

the connecting lift, a bit confusing at first. Perhaps placing a staff who can accompany the visitor to the lift in another building would be helpful.

One Night in AONE!

Spacious room. Tidy. Clean. And Air Conditioning is work well.

There's just no fancy wardrobe, only small to hanging the clothes. But it's fine for one, two days to staying.

Comprehensive breakfast buffet. At the first morning a very well dressed friendly waitress doesn't hesitate to bring us a hot chocolate for free. Quiet room with some of the sights of Jakarta in a walking distance.

The plates and cutlery at the breakfast were not really clean. At the second and third morning a waitress with one arm in a sling and dirty clothes wanted us to pay extra for a hot chocolate.

Stuff is so friendly ,and the location is perfect it’s just 2 min walk to macdonalds and starbuks

A pleasant stay for business trip

The location of the hotel is near to the Thamrin city center. For those who love shopping, it is just 20 minutes walking from the hotel to the Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia and 10 minutes walking to the Sarinah Mall. Many local eateries could be found near the hotel and if you love to have fast food, there is a some fast food outlets in the Sarinah Mall like McDonalds and KFC whilst Pizza Hut and Starbucks are at the opposite of the mall.

It is quite far from the MRT station. It takes 20 minutes by walking from the hotel to the nearest MRT Station which is the Bundaran HI Station. The nearest MRT station is located near the Plaza Indonesia and Pullman Hotel Thamrin City. However, you may take a cab or Grab from the hotel to the desired destination.

Clean room, great location, friendly staff.

This is the first time we stayed in this hotel and it has been a nice experience. The hotel room is clean and well maintaned. The location is pretty strategic, minutes away from the train station with several nice restaurants around. The staff were especially friendly. We were checked out by Rio, who has been helpful and nice. Thanks for making our overnight stay worth it.

All the staffs are very nice and helpful!

Well, i think a lot of stuffs need to be renew. For example, broken toilet bin and stained pillow cases. As they doesn’t look very pleasant.
